Ethel Disain OÜ is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users. Accordingly, we have prepared this privacy policy, which covers the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of customer data. Our activities on the Internet comply with all relevant activities and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is data that can be specifically or indirectly associated with you as a private individual, which Ethel Disain collects and processes to perform a contract with or contact an individual and to comply with legal obligations.

You can always withdraw your consent via our website or by making a statement in a form that can be reproduced in writing. The application or withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect.
To better serve the customer, Ethel Disain may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides services to Ethel Disain and is contractually obligated to keep the shared information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner, whose task is to transport goods sold in the online store.
Ethel Disain retains the customer’s personal data until the end of the complaint period from the last order. Data that Ethel Disain is obliged to retain pursuant to legislation (e.g. accounting data) is retained by Ethel Disain in accordance with the requirements set out in legislation.
Changing the personal data collected
The customer can view, change and update the personal data collected to identify and contact the customer in the “My Information” area of our website.

Ethel Disain takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the client’s personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process data.
If you suspect that your personal data has been handled contrary to what is described in this privacy policy or there is a risk that your data has been leaked to third parties, please let us know immediately. This is the only way we can keep the potential damage as small as possible.
The client has the right to demand the termination of the processing of their data, information about the use of the data, and the transfer of the data to themselves or a third party in a commonly used format. To prevent misuse of customer data and rights, applications may only be submitted in a form where the applicant’s identity is identifiable (digitally signed or personally signed). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.
Security
All personal data of the customer that becomes known during the course of visiting the Ethel Disain e-shop and making purchases is treated as confidential information.

By using our website or completing a loyalty application, you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of the privacy policy if necessary, informing all regular customers, but we will do our best to keep our privacy policy up to date and available to you on our website.
