Terms of Use
According to the Law of Obligations Act, a consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded by distance communication within 14 days. For goods ordered from the Ethelpearls.com e-store, the term begins on the day the goods are delivered to the consumer.
By purchasing from the Ethelpearls.com online store, the consumer agrees to the following terms and conditions for exercising the right of return:
1. Returned goods must be UNUSED and in their original packaging.
The consumer must open the product’s original packaging carefully and without damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened, the returned product does not have to be in its original packaging.
2. To exercise the right of return, the consumer must submit an application to the Ethelpearls.com e-shop at info@ethelpearls.com , but no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
3. The consumer undertakes to bear the costs of returning the goods, unless the product to be returned did not correspond to the consumer’s order or it is a product that can be replaced or repaired under warranty.
4. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must return the purchased item immediately, but no later than within 30 days of notification of withdrawal from the contract.
5. Ethelpearls.com undertakes to immediately, but no later than within 14 days after the returned product reaches us, refund the amount paid for the returned goods to the consumer.
6. The 14-day return right does not apply to the following goods:
- products made to order;
- for items with sealed packaging that are not eligible for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened after delivery.
7. We will transfer the money for the returned product back to the buyer’s bank account immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the buyer’s withdrawal request. Postage is not refundable.
